Nice to meet you too. The procedure for bringing cat to Japan is a little complicated. Your cat need plant microchip, inject twice rabies vaccination,and send its blood serum to Japan lab for rabies antibody test. when the blood serum result is come out and beyond 0.5IU/ML, you can prepare to bring your cat to Japan after blood sampling 180days. Now we have a staff can speak Japanese in our hospital. She is not a doctor but she can do the translation work. She is available from Monday t
