My husband and our dog are in Beijing and plan to go to Tienjin and take the airflight to South Korea. Does he need an exit permit from Tienjin or can he exit with the permit from the Beijing customs? Our dog is not registered, we cannot provide a dog license but my husband holds an official(=diplomat) passport. However, my name is on all dog's documents and I am not in Beijing. What can we do?
