hello, if you want to move with your cat from beijing to shanghai by airplane , your cat should have rabies vaccination book with more than 21 days rabies injections record on it. and 3 days before you and your cat flying , you should bring your cat and your cat cage(the hard ones) to your district offical Animal Health Supervision Institute to get Internal flying healthy certification.
